Please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue.
Items eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days and issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs for returns may vary depending on the reason for the return.
Please note that customized or personalized items (such as printed or embroidered products) are generally not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing fault. This is because such items are made specifically based on your provided design, size, or customization request.
